Aveda education is really at the heart of inspiration for us.
We really rely on Aveda to bring in fashion direction—predict what’s happening and why it is happening—then we go out and teach our people how to do it.
We have four hundred and some employees who are passionate and purposeful in their work. They have a noble purpose in what they do: they’re changing the world by making people’s day.
Making sure that their needs and expectations are met is my job and I take it very seriously. My standards are as high as when I was serving clients.
Having a product line that supports everything we do—from the environment to social causes—it’s not just about selling things. It’s about creating abundance for other people in the world.
