We’re open on Sundays and Mondays. People that have been with us for five years work four days on, three days off. That way we can bring in all the interns that we’ve trained.

Getting the right staff was very important to us. People that have the same passion that you, as an owner, have. So we interview four times, and we end up with people that want to stay with us, want to grow with the company.
