You may choose to provide us with information regarding your salon/spa when you visit our Site. For example, if you wish to learn more about joining the Aveda Salon/Spa Network, you will be asked to provide your name, name of your salon/spa, your salon/spa mailing address, email address, and telephone number. If you wish to send us any questions or comments regarding the Site, becoming an Aveda salon/spa or any other question or comment, you will be asked to provide your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address so that we may respond to you.

If you would prefer that we not collect any personal information from you, please do not provide us with any such information.
