This company has such a commitment to the entrepreneur that they want to see everybody make money. They want to see everybody be successful in their business. That’s a huge commitment that a lot of other manufacturers don’t care about.

What Aveda’s doing now is making sure that we are always staying cutting edge, that we’re always at the forefront of what the next techniques and trends are in the industry.

The Academies and Institutes are having the greatest influence on my salons. We grew 10% this year, and I know for a fact that most of that growth has come out of our new graduates. It’s taking them only four, five, six months to be 80% booked. They’re doing just phenomenal technical work, they are great communicators. We’re getting the best graduates from Aveda.
