Aveda is our life-support system.

What brought me to Aveda was Horst’s vision for saving the Earth. It was a bigger picture and it wasn’t something I’d even thought about. Horst brought the awareness home.

We opened our first salon in Atlanta with 7 chairs, 750 square feet, 20 years ago. For ten years, if I had a week off, I went to school for advanced education.

Being associated with Aveda from the beginning helped us to take off quickly. We were one of the first in our city to do stress-relieving rituals. It was a big point of difference.

Aveda is a pioneer. I love the aromas. I love the line—it’s elegant and clean. Horst was the first to understand the single line focus.

The power of the branding is huge. We get a lot of clients sent to us from Experience Centers and hits on the website. New people walk in looking for the product and that helps the bottom line.
